GuestLog - Integrated AddressQuery dialog in GuestDocument creation and fixes.

- Added new CountryCodeUtils to map ISO-3166:Alpha2 country codes to ISO-3166:Alpha3 codes.
- Added new config for results language of AddressQuery services.
