- Changed GuestDocument PK from `DocumentType`+`DocumentNumber` to to `ID`+`Version` for future versioning.
- Added DB field "IsLastVersion" to simplify queries where only last/current version is allowed.
- Updated GuestDocument DB fields type for `CreateTime` & `UpdateTime` to add precision.
- Updated usages of GuestDocument PK to new PK.
- Limit delete of a GuestDocument when it's currently used in a StayEntry.
Note: DB changes require recreating db tables, so all data is lost and migration "rollback" is not allowed.
- GuestDocument details - Added navigation to details for stays.
- StayEntry details - Added dialog to see details of GuestDocuments.
- StayEntry List - Added filter for result table.
- StayEntry New - Show suggested guests on GuestSearchDialog so no searchs are required in some cases.
- NavMenu - Removed default navigation links.
- Added detail view for StayEntries.
- Added button to delete StayEntries.
- Improve queries of StayEntries using a "query config" record.
- Enabled LazyLoading for all database relations. This will make easier to find cases where required relations aren't explicitly loaded.
- Use GuestDocument Details page to see details.

Other minor changes:
- Updated validators to use ValueValidator base class.
- Changed Snackbar settings to show them better.
- Added Empty Debug page to test things. This page wont be updated in git, all test must be local-only.
- Added new entity "StayEntry" to log stays of guests.

- New DataList for PaymentMethods.
